Episode 131: Roshell Rinkins Helps Us Find Our Liquid Courage #BlackGirlMagic

In today's episode of Beyond the Business Suit, we're finishing our “Black Girl Magic” series where we have been featuring black women who have launched businesses that serve black women and or women of color. In this interview I had the pleasure of chatting with Roshell Rinkins. Roshell is not only killing it in supply chain management at a large tech company, she is also the Founder of Liquid Courage Cosmetics. Liquid Courage is a world class beauty lifestyle movement providing high-quality lipsticks and apparel for over 20K beauty enthusiasts conquering life, family, career and everything in between. Roshell is one of those people who inspires those around her to do more in this life.

In this episode we discussed

  • What led her to launching Liquid Courage
  • How she is able to juggle her 9 to 5 and a business
  • How lipstick is more than just makeup
  • What budding side-preneurs can do today to get started while working a full time job
  • A lot more…

We recorded this right at the end of 2017 and from following her on social media, I can already tell Roshell's 2018 is off to a great start!

3.  The best advice she's ever received: “Done is better than perfect.”
