What is it?
The BMA is a six-month mastermind and accelerator designed specifically for women who feel called to become the highest expression of themselves and do work that aligned with who they were created to be. In the BMA we will all go far BEYOND what we could have done and who we could have become without being a part of this collective and this program.
Key elements of the program
Accountability: Accountability comes in two ways: 1) by being a part of a cohort, the group members with hold each other accountable to the goals and intentions they've set and 2) each person will be paired with an accountability partner for an intimate accountability relationship throughout the program.
Journey Map: Each person will be responsible for creating a roadmap to outline what they intend to get out of the program. This will also be the roadmap that will be used to hold everyone accountable during the program.
Deep Dive Sessions: Throughout the program we will have virtual sessions where the entire cohort focuses their energy and talents on each individual so that each person walks away receiving expertise, advice and perspective from the entire group.
Coaching: Each person will receive three coaching sessions from Kailei throughout the program (in the beginning, middle and end of the program).
Mentorship and Development: Throughout the program, Kailei will bring in other “called” women and purpose-driven entrepreneurs to share their stories, advice and training, based on the needs of the group.
Exposure: You will have the option to share your journey (and maybe even your voice) at the next Beyond the Business Suit Retreat in March 2020 and may also be featured in a future episode of the Beyond the Business Suit podcast.
Kick Off Grounding Day and Retreat: We will kick off the BMA with a day long session in Atlanta to connect with each other, get grounded and set our vision. As a member for the BMA you will be registered for the BTBS Retreat (we'll give you full registration, though hotel and travel expenses will be on you), you'll have an opportunity to share your experience with the BTBS Retreat attendees and there will be a special session just for BMA members to round out our experience together.
Who is this for?
This is for women who feel called to do or be more in life by way of their profession or vocation. You may be working in a space similar to your calling but have not given yourself permission to go “all in” or maybe you're working at a job that is far away from what you feel called to do and need help to make that courageous leap. Or perhaps you know you have been called to do something great, but you're having a hard time getting clear on what that is.
What should participants expect to receive?
Participants of the BMA should expect to end the program with greater clarity of what they have been called to do, achieved progress toward intentions and goals set, relationships with a community of women who are going through a collective experience of growth and development, exposure to a larger audience through the Beyond the Business Suit community, as well as enriching coaching and guidance from Kailei Carr and others in Kailei's tribe.
How many people will be in the cohort?
The BMA cohort will be an intimate group of women. Since it is important to have the right mix of people and perspectives, we do not have a specific number in mind, though it will definitely be under 20 (and likely under 10). We will be taking no more than 25 applications.
How long is the program?
The BMA is a 6 month program that runs from September 2019 – March 2020.
How much does the program cost?
This program is $500/month for six months or $3000 in total

How can I be a part of the BMA Program?
There are two components to the acceptance process:
1) Application: You must complete an online application. Only the first 25 applications will be accepted. The deadline to apply is July 26, 2019. We have extended the deadline to July 31, 2019 at 11:59 EDT. You can apply here!
2) Phone Interview: Each applicant will receive a phone interview with Kailei.
3) Tuition Payment: Your first payment will be due upon acceptance into the program.
