I believe that professional and leadership development comes from a place from centeredness and being “whole.” I am a heart-centered coach and advisor who develops clients from the inside out. One of my superpowers is that I can see others' potential and often help clients to dream dreams that are bigger than they could ever imagine. Though most of my work is focused on group experiences, I periodically work with global leaders to help them step fully into the leader — and person — they were created to be.

My coaching and advising draws on my varied experience and expertise including leadership development, personal branding, executive presence, spiritual grounding, mindfulness practices and more. Though I work with men and women from many different backgrounds, most of my clients are women of color.
