Michelle Glover's Bio

Michelle Glover is a certified coach and owner of Journey Unlimited, LLC, a professional coaching firm based in Atlanta, GA. Michelle is a talented human resources executive with 15+ years’ experience in the field. An expert in helping her clients “find their purpose,” Michelle guides the self-discovery process, helps clients build mental resiliency, and develops a strategic roadmap for that delivers proven results.

Prior to starting her business, Michelle spent 12 years working for Siemens Corporation in various fields of human resources to include consulting, strategy, coaching, and leadership development. She received multiple awards for her leadership on company-wide initiatives, including serving as the Change Management Lead for one of the biggest restructures in company history. In 2015, she took a leap of faith and started her company, Journey Unlimited, with the goal of helping professionals align their purpose with the careers. She has devised her own Vision to Results coaching model which views clients holistically by addressing their personal and professional well-being for career visioning and advancement.

In addition to running her company, Michelle serves as the Chair for the Women’s League of Atlanta Black Chambers and serves in multiple organizations focused on developing people and the community: NCNW, Greater Atlanta; National Black MBA; and National Association of African Americans in HR (previous Board Member), to name a few.  Michelle also enjoys volunteering at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights.

Michelle graduated from Winthrop University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and received her Master of Human Resources from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the Christian Coach Institute.
