In Day 17 of the Beyond Black Women: 30 Days of Inspiration Series, it's time to start SHEDding! In this episode, I reveal the acronym that I use for evaluating what you need to release in your life. I'll tell you how to analyze what's scaring you, hurting you, endangering your wellbeing or depleting your energy. I also share a visualization exercise to help you do just that. Today's affirmation is: I release anything that does not serve me.
