- What are some of the things you do to keep your skills sharp? I’m constantly in professional development. I believe that all coaches should have a coach. I have 2 accountability coaches, I get certifications and I have a therapist. I believe that you have to always sharpen yourself.
- What is one of your superpowers? The ability to wak in a room, identify the key players, the weak links and identify what it takes to close the gap between the two.
- What is something that you love to do that people might be surprised by? I love to cook from scratch. I make a mean Lemon Sour Cream Poundcake. I love making anything I can make. Cooking is a way that I can give back my love to my family.
